Delivery Policy
Our bloom boxes are made to order, customized works of floral art, thus we do require a minimum of 3 days prior to the date of delivery, to prepare for your order. We do try our best to fulfill last minute orders where possible, but would highly recommend ordering your bloom box as early as you can, so that the original design, shown in our pictures do not require too many substitutions on the type of flowers used to create your box. Please read our substitution policy.
To ensure a smooth delivery, an accurate address, with the full name of recipient and a valid local contact number are absolutely necessary when placing your order. We will usually call the sender to confirm these details before delivering your bloom box.
If your bloom box has been delivered to an address provided, but a re-delivery is required due to no attendance in the address, we may charge an additional fee to have the flowers delivered to a different location or at a different time.
Our flat rate transport fees are limited to Kuala Lumpur Klang Valley only. For other destinations, kindly contact us back to confirm the additional transportation fees.
Substitution Policy
Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bloom box due to the seasonal availability of certain flowers, predominantly peonies, fancy colored imported hydrangeas and phalaenopsis orchid blooms-when you place your order.
A great deal of care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal or more value. Additionally, in our single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bloom box, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.
Refund and Return Policies
Maison Des Roses works with only fresh flowers. Due to its’ highly perishable nature, we do not offer a return policy on our bloom boxes once an order has been received as a confirmed one. We can deliver the flowers at a later date that is more convenient, with adequate notice, but we do not entertain cancellations.
We work really hard at ensuring that our flowers are delivered at its freshest and most beautiful, and designed as closely as it is possible to the original designs we have created.
We do urge you to be certain about the colors or type of flowers the recipient likes best, as we do not offer any refunds once an order has been confirmed and delivered.
